  • Delivery app confirmation is received and the order process starts
  • The order confirmation is send to the Customer app
  • Customer app can track delivery app’s location and can get estimate on time of delivery
  • Once the order is delivered, payment will be made by the customer through net banking, credit/ debit card
  • A digital receipt is generated to the customer
  • The delivery boy changes the status of the order
  • Customer app has features to share reviews about the order in Social media platforms
